missing some dropbox folders, others visible just fine

hi there! i’ve tried both kybook 2 and 3, have the premium version of 3. but in both i am missing folders in my dropbox registered within the app. it lists some folders but others aren’t there, including my ebook archive folder. do you have any idea why? none are marked private
