Dictionary sorting #392

Thank you for the best iOS reader. It there any possibility to add 2 features

  1. Dictionary sorting. I have several dictionaries and I want have them in specific order.
  2. Possibility to check / uncheck dictionary. It would be better to have possibility to create dictionary lists but simple check/uncheck is OK
