Dictionary tab when I want to highlight! #488

The Dictionary tab comes up when I try to highlight a word or phrase. Cannot highlight at all. How do I fix this?

I have found that if I highlife the first word on the string I want to highlife, then drag it to the last word, it works and the Dictionary does not open.
