There don't seem to be any recent updates on Kybook3, but just in case someone hits a similar problem:
OPDS feeds with links containing rel="section" don't show up on Kybook3 - see https://github.com/mikespub-org/seblucas-cops/issues/27
Note: koreader had a similar problem, see https://github.com/koreader/koreader/issues/10871
