WindowFeature and WindowNGramFeature should be deprecated #327

There's a couple places where these are used that are unrelated to their 
respective extractors - but these could be changed.

This didn't get done before the 1.2 release. We'll take care of it in 1.3.

There are some tests related to the NameNumber debacle that use WindowFeature - 
so we shouldn't remove these two classes until that issue is resolved.

I have deprecated these classes in rev 48d9f6a45f9fb84eeee770788d38e5b17a223fda 
and updated the only dependency that was still using these classes: 
DefaultOutcomeFeatureExtractor.  I am now changing the name of this issue to 
reflect what needs to be done now - remove these classes after the next 
release.
