hacky fix for GiveNamedItem new parameter #9

I didn't test it much, and I don't even know what the new parameter is or what it is for. Just tried to duplicate https://github.com/alliedmodders/sourcemod/commit/a01529b21028bf71c4d284830296d07e434157f1

still causes crash due to some other function that needs to be updated, @komashchenko is checking them atm

Now the server is not crashing but the skin is not taking effect
