It seems I have to submit a comment twice as an anonymous user. Reproduction:

load app with comments package added, for the first time, with anonymous user enabled
enter comment, name, e-mail
click add comment
comment gets cleared, no comment is added, form is reloaded, but name and e-mail is not automatically filled
enter the comment again
click add comment
comment is added

This means that the first comment is lost for the user and they have to redo it from scratch. :-(

Fixed in latest version 1.1.7
