Red focus box doesn't go to FM box (different for keyboard and mouse navigation but both don't work)

-= KEYBOARD =-
1. open the instrument editor
2. navigate to the "FM" checkbox using the cursor up/down keyboard keys
3. the red box doesn't go to the FM checkbox but remains on the last one the 
focus was on. The actual focus does go to the FM box. (Because you do see the 
"FM Enable" text in the status bar and left/right toggle the checkbox.)

-= MOUSE =-
1. open the instrument editor
2. click the FM checkbox
3. the red box goes to the TRIANGLE checkbox, but the click is registered on 
the FM checkbox and toggles that.

Expected: a red focus/selection box around the "FM" checkbox. Actual: depends 
on whether you use keyboard or mouse (see above).

Klystrack 1.6.0 r1250, klystron 460. Windows 7 pro x64 NL. (Reproduced on two 
separate machines with the same configuration.)
