Backspace and Delete do the same thing #22

Ideally, Delete would erase the note under cursor without dragging the rest of 
the pattern upwards. Perhaps even move the cursor one one step down, like in 
Protracker and co.

Hmm, did delete in Protracker only delete the note and not the effects columns? 
I'm too lazy to fire up an emulator and check. :)

Only the note. You could delete fx digit at a time by pressing 0, or the whole 
effext by pressing delete while over it.
