Stereo/chorus FX muted on hard panned left track #267

How to reproduce problem

  1. Fill some track with notes
  2. Hard pan that track to left
  3. Set stereo FX to the instrument of that track
  4. Play your song. The hard panned left track is muted, no sound can be heard.

Expected behavior

Sound should be heard (I think).
