Transposing a single row does not work #274

Context

Klystrack version used: image

Suppose we have the following pattern data: image

Expected Behavior

Select a single row and then using the appropriate key combination to transpose up or down. image image

Current Behavior

Select a single row and then using the appropriate key combination to transpose up or down does not work. image image

However, select two or more rows and it works. image image

I also noticed this issue being mentioned in an earlier problem.

Wow, I just noticed that it also only works if you have more than 1 note 
selected.
