pattern editor view crashes klystrack #85

In the 3 latest nightlies, a click on the pattern editor button or on the logo 
causes a crash. The view doesn't change before the crash (the pattern editor is 
not displayed at all.)  

Windows 7 64-bit

Builds: 1149 1152 1154 (those with the nice amiga-like decrunching effect)

The previous version (klystrack-1.5.4-win32.zip binary archive) doesn't crash.

Alright, it's because you used the Blackyst theme, which itself is typoed. The 
build process didn't delete the old theme (Blacklyst replaces it) and the old 
theme has some stuff missing leading into a crash. Fixed.
