Pattern Editor does not display every track #86

1. Create a file with two or more simultaneous patterns of length 20
2. Set the step value to 4
3. Play with F5

Only the pattern of the current track is displayed for it's full duration. The 
rest of the tracks disappear after the sequence editor moves off of the 
numbers. The proper behavior would be for all of the currently playing patterns 
to be visible until they end or are interrupted.

on Mac OS X 10.7.3

1.6.0 has a completely rewritten pattern editor which addresses specifically 
these issues.
