Convert to mono left and right signal before sending to stereo FX #19

Tentative fix for https://github.com/kometbomb/klystrack/issues/267

I should mention that I have no confidence whatsoever that it is the correct fix (if it needs a fix at all, it could be that way by design).

And needless to say, it also breaks backward compatibility.

Hmm not sure why the left channel only was used but indeed this changes whatever comes out the FX. It's starting to feel the 1.8 update will need a backwards compatibility warning.
