I should be able to determine what tags should be considered NSFW.

Tag lewd is already one, plus some others I can't recall now. A more efficient approach would be to just have a button to quickly toggle NSFW.

Also having a +18/lewd badge in the entry is useful, so we know it's marked it so and gets filtered in library.
