Consolidate notebooks and address source control issues. #4

Remove old notebooks and consolidate related notebooks where possible. Work out a solution for the data-in-notebooks problem that's making code diffs useless.

Notebooks consolidated as a part of refactoring eddb and removing obsolete/deprecated code. Investigating notebook-to-code-to-notebooks transformations so only python code is checked into git.
