Functionality matrix

We would like to add functionality to include tlogs, ctlogs, tsas, and cas during initialization as well as modification.

This matrix can also be adapted to some basic testing (ex. automate testing each type of item with both add and init commands)

I've updated the matrix as add for tsa and ca was the first one I added (🥁) support for.
