Opción para activar autoscroll sólo si el scroll está abajo del todo #257

Introducir una opción local en el ColoredSwingClient que haga que el 
autoscroll del área de texto siga funcionando como hasta ahora si ya está 
abajo del todo; pero no si el usuario está mirando algo anterior (barra de 
scroll más arriba), en cuyo caso se mantendría en el sitio.
