Eliminar dependencia obligatoria con SVG Salamander #297

AGE tiene una dependencia con SVG Salamander incluso para aventuras que usan 
SVG. Debería eliminarse esta dependencia, cosa que debería ser posible al ser 
la carga de clases "lazy":

(de hecho, ahora mismo no sé muy bien por qué esta dependencia existe tal 
como está el código).
