Watching completed games? #29

Hopefully an easy question. I am trying to watch a game from yesterday and I get:

streamlink: [cli][info] Available streams: live (worst, best)

streamlink: [cli][info] Opening stream: live (hls)

streamlink 

streamlink: [cli][info] Stream ended
[cli][info] Closing currently open stream...

streamlink exited with code 0
Done in 12.44s.

I see an mp4 file in my video folder, but I can't open it with vlc. How do I go about watching previous games? Any help is appreciated.

@kompot One thing I have noticed thus far is I can't fast forward in mplayer is that expected?

edit Using mpv allows for fast forwarding

yep, also wanted to suggest using mpv, actually didn't test anywhere else

(more on that — seems like older 0.28.(0|2) does better/smoother playback at least on macOS)
