--force-progress option has been deprecated #67

Hi,

streamlink: [warnings][streamlinkdeprecation] The --force-progress option has been deprecated in favor of --progress=force in file download.ts

need: --progress=force

Thanks, I saw that they did that in 5.4 recently. The recommended way to run this project is through docker, though. If you don't use docker, then you should look at the Dockerfile to see the version that is expected (currently 4.0.*). I'll leave this open to remind me to do this when I upgrade everything.
