What's the reason of this "fork" #1

As it is not a fork in the terms of git, it's nearly impossible to see the differences between this project and the original one.

Are there any changes which can't be integrated in the main project?

Which is just an example using the unmodified smpplib and a third party smpp_server library? So no changes to the library itself?
