No FMV playback #60

The current builds of vkQuake 2 do not seem to playback any FMV (id Software logo, beginning Quake 2 intro). Will this feature be reimplemented in the future?

The feature is already there and I checked it with data files from the Steam version of Quake 2. The videos have to be put in the baseq2/video folder. Demo doesn't have any cinematics, so I can't upload them here.
