First, we need to update the README to reflect the reality. It was base from the first iteration and it's not that anymore (especially the import process).
We need to explain how to setup the database (PostGIS).
We have to establish an official way to reveive contribution from other developer, and describe the process (pull req).
We can use sphinx for our documentation, and push that to readthedocs.org
We definitely need some docs.
