Are all of these "ToBeDetermined" identifiers (resources and controllers) the same throughout the document? If not, can you disambiguate between them?

Yeah, they all refer to the same thing. Let's get a working name for it. Maybe the TestSubjectConstructor? or .. BuildSelector?
