migrate away from bintray #25

with bintray and jcenter shutting down and service failures of bintray becoming more frequent migrating the artifact to mavencentral (or providing intructions on how to properly use it via jitpack as a temporary fix) would be useful

Thanks for raising it. This has been done in 183ee2be and release of 0.3 is on the way to maven central.
