cop pse function #42

This branch includes functions for cop and pse, both incorporated into pkonfound. Please check whether everything looks right. Thanks!

@linqinyu this looks great, thanks so much for a) your work on this and b) integrating it into pkonfound. I am going to merge as this is working and make a few minor edits.
