Cannot connect to localhost:32973 - Connection reset by Peer #357

I am trying to connect to RD using NeoRouter, NeoRouter connected fine, but in 
ConnectBot, when trying to connect using user@localhost:32973, the following 
shows:

Connecting to localhost:32973 via ssh

Connection Lost
Connection reset by peer

Host has disconnected.
Close session?
Yes, No

What is wrong? What do I need to do?
First time using this, please help,

I'm getting this error when trying to connect via 3g.
With wifi it connects immidiattly with no error.

Me too. Also via 3G. I haven't had the chance to try WiFi.
Could it be because of a timeout, causing one of the applications to hang up on 
the other, due to the slow 3G connection?
I'm using Android 4.0

I am using a server that when is accesed through sslh gaves the same error. 
Without sslh connectbot works just fine. Does anyone has any ideea why?

ConnectBot installed on Galaxy Nexus.
Run ConnectBot.
Connect to user@localhost:22 ... ERRCONREFUSED

Google'd the hell out of this and only things I found were articles talking 
about "root", "cyanogen", and non ConnectBot ssh programs.

IIRC, on my Droid there was a pre-installed connection for "localhost", not so 
on the Nexus. So...how do I ssh into my Nexus?
