We need the ability to take a JSON Schema as input and and produce a OWL + SHACL documents as output

The tools hall be implemented as an option of the konig-schemagen maven plugin
The tool shall accept JSON Schema (up to draft-07) documents as input
The tool shall define SHACL data shapes based on objects and their properties as defined in the JSON Schema
