Implement PDFBox carriage like the one from the Mustang Project

I can contribute a bit, I have already coded a some PDFbox stuff that makes the PDF pass the PDF/A-3a validation (at least the one validator I tested).

Sounds good. It has been on my todo list for quite some time now but I was to busy with the ZF model. Me and Jochen from mustangproject.org planned to merge his project into Konik at least the PDF Part. He is already working with PDFBox and ZF. It needs some tweaking and adaption to Konik.
