This is an obvious one, but the ProPublica api has statements and metadata around topics. Feels like a great add for notifs by rep and subject: https://projects.propublica.org/api-docs/congress-api/other/#statements

Great idea! :) I'm going to try and use this to replace all the data about MoCs we've yanked, like maps and news and videos and tweets. @_@
