This removes the ability to search for legislators by zip code or latitude/longitude, due to the lack of support in the Pro Publica Congress API for these features.
I briefly looked into using the Google Civic Data API for these features, but that API is complex and highly generic for all kinds and levels of governments, and not particularly mobile friendly.
