Make settings text stay static and not change on tap #747

From a user report:

The anonymous statistics message in the settings shouldn't change when the user clicks the checkbox. I don't know whether I'm sending statistics because both messages appear to suggest that toggling the box means I'm disabling statistics.

I agree, and this is an easy fix.
