This would be a good place to link to/describe any scrapers that you think could/should be converted to this would-be spec.

I'll start with https://github.com/adelevie/antitrust.py.

I could also convert https://github.com/unitedstates/inspectors-general to use it, as well as extract this integrated scraper for GAO reports into a standalone script and have it support it.
