Add breakpoint where cards should collapse into a single column. #123

Did some investigation, and found that the cards start to "not look as great" at around 944px: https://cloud.githubusercontent.com/assets/42041/15104461/d1560658-1586-11e6-9895-3b40605fbfe6.png

So I added a breakpoint at 945px, set the columns to 4, made the cards use all four columns, and it's much better:

Awesome, I just tested and this makes it look a ton better on mobile and narrower desktop screens. Thanks, @seabre! I've deployed it to https://oversight.garden.
