Fix navigation on smaller screens

Fixes #124.

Added abstractions for element (e.g. navigation, card) breakpoints to keep stuff DRY.
Fixed style issue I introduced with #123. (2 spaces vs 4 spaces)
Decided against adding the "traditional" hamburger toggle. Adds more Javascript and the menu isn't really that big to justify doing it.
Tweaked menu for smaller screens.

How the mobile menu looks like on the following devices:

Galaxy S6 Edge (ignore the weird rounded square thing on the right edge, it's not a part of the browser)
Nexus 7

Probably want to play with the font sizes on smaller screens and tweak the breakpoints along with that. But, this definitely gets the menu to a place where it works well on smaller screens I think.
