[Feature request] Update to the G45 version #223

one uses cpufretutils and the other uses cpupower

@DisDis I cloned and compiled your branch. I am getting this error and extension doesnt work. Any idea what to do? Its ubuntu 23.10

ImportError: Unable to load file from: file:///usr/share/gnome-shell/extensions/cpufreq@konkor/common/Logger.esm.js (Error opening file /usr/share/gnome-shell/extensions/cpufreq@konkor/common/Logger.esm.js: No such file or directory)

I "fixed" this myself by manually copying all missing js files to ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions/cpufreq@konkor (from the cloned github repo). no idea why some are not included in the generated zip file (created using instructions INSTALL.md)

Seams that also is not working properly in G46.
