Unable to install addon #12

I am trying to install the addon to Blender 2.90 and 2.92 without succes. I get a message that the addon is installed, but it doesn't appear in the addon menu (Blender prefrences) or at import options.

This repository is obsolete. The latest version of the add on is at https://github.com/cityjson/Up3date Can you try installing it from there? Let me know if it works
