  1. Adds protocol option for Security+1.0 with smart panel (ie. 888/889LM) which disables panel emulation so the wall console won't get clobbered.
  2. Adds _toggleonly option for Australia openers that do not respond to close commands
  3. Improves serial communication reliability and retry
