When SSDP is being troublesome it would be great if the Hubitat connector had the ability to enter the IP and port manually.

Update the /settings endpoint to accept manual IP configuration. Then in the wifi connect use https://nodemcu.readthedocs.io/en/release/modules/wifi/#wifistasetip
