It looks like the references sections are not being transformed correctly. Compare the test page with the article on PMC.

I think this will; be working but I need a wiki that supports Template:Citation for testing. Any recommendations (short of spending the time to install my own and figure it out)? species-id.net does not support it.

Template:Citation supported in WikiSource; references appear to link and format correctly.
