Anyone has an idea how to get the ExAC CNV files, exac-gencode-exon.cnt.final.pop3 and xac-final-cnvs.gene.rank?, that I expected them to be in http://broadinstitute.org/~konradk/exac_browser/exac_browser.tar.gz.
The files seem to be downloadable at http://exac.broadinstitute.org/downloads but I couldn't go through the ftp by username: gsapubftp-anonymous (suggested by http://gatkforums.broadinstitute.org/gatk/discussion/1215/how-can-i-access-the-gsa-public-ftp-server)
