e.g. on page http://exac.broadinstitute.org/gene/ENSG00000142192 the link to wikipedia goes to an unrelated wikipedia page.
This data is probably easiest to get correctly by looking either at GeneWiki or UniProt (which would be nice to have as links too ;)
A table for fixing these can be fetched at among other places the uniprot sparql endpoint see CSV or TSV tab downloads.
