I have noticed discrepancies before between the SIFT predictions reported on the Exac/gnomAD site and other sources. This variant in particular is listed on gnomAD and ExAC as polyphen probably damaging SIFT deleterious, whereas multiple other sources are telling me SIFT tolerated and polyphen benign.
