FB Open Graph improvements, HTML5 consistency #67

  1. Added Open Graph tags required by Facebook to ensure shared content is displayed properly. https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/?q=korona.ws
  2. Removed <meta> and <link> tags self-closures (/>) to make it consistent with HTML5 standard.
  3. Added Polish translation of the <noscript> information.
  4. Minor punctuation marks alteration.
