If you restart the app while the tv is in standby mode, the tile shows a No Response error.
Describe the solution you'd like:
The tv config is stored in cache, and is automatically restored upon restarting homebridge. Once the tv turns on, it confirms the location of the tv, and updates to On
Describe alternatives you've considered:
TV turns on for a second, then automatically turns back off, so plugin is able to load tile correctly.
