Queue view revamp and playlists functions #43

Queue revamp

Because /queue view got Little to no attention from the very beginning of the bot.

nowplaying always on top
nicer look
detailed info
progressbars
better paginator (pag as module)

Playlists

/playlists add <source>...
`/playlists extend

Queue is not getting any progressbars now, playlists extend won't be implemented, playlists add will be replaced by source: in
