AAC_Interact_Place false positive with placing sand in water #2180

Issue description

Here is the player's specific setup causing the false positive: image

A player essentially places sand below them as if they are bridging, but above a body of water. This causes aac_interact_place to false and ban/kick them within seconds. This specific player has their place (right click) bound to their space bar, which increases the place speed to the vanilla limit.
