Speed Module bypass (tick) #2264

Issue description

Using tomato 1.8.8 speed (tick) module it will bypass aac, other modules it will block fine (havent test them all yet)

AAC version: 5.0.14

Configuration

I am using optmized config from Celebrimbor (raw from the source, did not make a change to it)

konsolas is still taking a break from AAC development, focusing on exams and other important things. I currently expect it to get better mid july. (During these it is even hard for me to reach him)
