AAC4 Failed to connect to license server #2315

Issue description

AAC 4.3.12

[21:11:14] [Server thread/INFO]: [AAC] Enabling AAC v4.3.12
[21:11:15] [Server thread/INFO]: [AAC] Hooked into PlaceholderAPI
[21:11:16] [Server thread/ERROR]: [AAC] Invalid server response
[21:11:16] [Server thread/INFO]: [AAC] Disabling AAC v4.3.12

AAC 4.4.1 (this version includes "AAC will no longer fail to start if there is a server error" fix)

[14:39:43] [Server thread/INFO]: [AAC] Enabling AAC v4.4.1
[14:39:43] [Server thread/INFO]: [AAC] Hooked into PlaceholderAPI
[14:39:44] [Server thread/WARN]: [AAC] No internet connection
[14:39:44] [Server thread/WARN]: [AAC] Server will start in 20 seconds.

Successfully loaded AAC 4.4.1, but after running AAC 4.4.1 for 1 min...

[14:41:28 ERROR]: [AAC] Failed to read buffer
[14:41:28 INFO]: [AAC] Disabling AAC v4.4.1

There is no such issue for AAC5. Please be considerate to those who are still using AAC4 and AAC3... Maybe there is something wrong with the license check?? Everything works fine until today... What happened?

Core information

Server version: Spigot 1.8.8

AAC version: AAC 4.3.12 or AAC 4.4.2 or any AAC4

ProtocolLib version: 4.5.1

Plugin list: AAC, ProtocolLib, Viaversion

Special environment information

ViaVersion version: 4.0.1

Known problem, license check server is down.

Only recent AAC 5 handles this properly unfortunaly.

Please fix your server @konsolas (and please also look in your discord dms with me)
